Pricing & Payment
Bespoke orders require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipping. All pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Modifications & Cancellations
Design changes are welcome before production begins. Once crafting starts, modifications may incur additional fees. Cancellations after production begins are subject to our bespoke order policy.
